The
Borealis Variations, distinct from the standard Borealis Series, are
often made using irregular forms of neon and/or glass, sometimes strategically
exposing the neon tube in simple organic forms.
The Borealis series of sconces consist of a neon circle sandwiched
between a piece of brushed aluminum and a shallow bowl-shaped form
made of glass slumped in a kiln. These contemporary wall sconces may
be used as lighting fixtures for indoor and outdoor use. The colors
may vary considerably depending on the neon or glass chosen.
