In this sculpture, the artist explores a new interpretation of the landscape. Here he continues his use of cloud forms as in the Clouds Series but with a different perspective and the additional use of silicone. "Thirty Thousand Feet" is made up of planes of silicone and brushed aluminum backlit with neon that gives the viewer a sense of hovering above the cloud layer at thirty thousand feet!
