What's New!

The Jellyfish have arrived in San Francisco!!

We are very excited that we have opened "Venusian Gardens West," in San Francisco! Located at 1286 Folsom Street in the South of Market area downtown San Francisco we have already begun to get some attention from the locals. There is new work to be seen there - check out the new web site: www.VGwest.com.

We are also working on a new communique, the near-monthly "Venusian News." It's purpose is to keep interested people up to date on events at both Venusian Gardens in New Orleans and VGwest in San Francisco. In addition, it will offer views of the latest sculpture and notification of current and upcoming exhibitions of Ehlenberger's work. Last but not least, the "Venusian News" will also feature special interest columns - including one that focuses on other artists significant to the world of Luminous Sculpture and one that explores some of the science behind the luminous sculpture as a means of sparking a little curiosity in those so inclined. Let us know if you have any areas of interest you would like explored!

The Venusian Gardens continues to undergo extensive renovations. The third floor is nearing completion, allowing additional space for sculpture display as well as providing additional party space. The side yard is coming along as well, with a sculpture garden planned for the near future.

The Arts Bed and Breakfast, hosted by Ehlenberger and his wife, Indra Ramiah, has recently been renovated and a new deck and hot tub is expected to be completed by end of summer. The Arts B&B welcomes guests looking for a convenient location "with the style of an art gallery and the comforts of home." Filled with Ehlenberger's luminous sculpture as well as many other works of art, the Arts B&B provides an engaging environment for guests to experience a romantic getaway or just a few days away from the daily grind. It is located just a short walk to Venusian Gardens and an easy stroll to the French Quarter.

Please come visit us in New Orleans - the city has returned to its historically unique role of providing fabulous food and entertainment to visitors. The French Quarter is happening again!!!
