What's New!

The Jellyfish have arrived in New York!!

November 11th marked the opening of the exhibition, "Shattering Glass," at the Katonah Museum of Art in New York. Focusing on contemporary glass artists, the exhibition features 22 artists working in a wide range of styles. To display Ehlenberger's work, there is an entire room focused solely on a large scale luminous Jellyfish installation. For images of the Jellyfish exhibition, click here.

We are also very excited to announce that we are planning to open a new showroom/gallery in San Francisco! While our opening date remains uncertain, it will be located at 1286 Folsom Street in the South of Market area downtown San Francisco. Check back with us for more details soon!

Our small gallery in the French Quarter, glassLight gallery, is going to close at the end of November. We had a great seven years in the space but now with our new venture in San Francisco along with the growing business at Venusian Gardens, we are quite busy so we have decided to focus on these two locations. In the meantime, we are happy to open the glassLight gallery by appointment. To celebrate this decision, we have decided to have a sale - further details to follow.

The Venusian Gardens has continued to undergo extensive renovations. A spacious catering kitchen has been completed as well as a second bathroom on the second floor. A new stairwell has been recently finished also, allowing access to the third floor exhibition space which should be completed by the New Year. The exterior has been repainted in "Venusian Blue," providing a fresh new look that is both optimistic and soothing. The damaged sidewalks surrounding the building have all been replaced - including a glittered finish and tropical Queen Palm Trees.

The Arts Bed and Breakfast, hosted by Ehlenberger and his wife, Indra Ramiah, has also been extensively renovated including the placement of new hardwood floors throughout. The Arts B&B welcomes guests looking for a convenient location "with the style of an art gallery and the comforts of home." Filled with Ehlenberger's luminous sculpture as well as many other works of art, the Arts B&B provides an engaging environment for guests to experience a romantic getaway or just a few days away from the daily grind. It is located just a short walk to Venusian Gardens and an easy stroll to the French Quarter.

Please come visit us in New Orleans - the city has returned to its historically unique role of providing fabulous food and entertainment to visitors. The French Quarter is happening again!
